Dear Mr. Turner,

I am writing this letter to express my extreme gratitude for the lovely and exquisite floral arrangements created by Pat Lopez including bridal bouquet, bridesmaids' bouquets, table arrangements, flowers for the urns at the altar area, flowers for the altar (a silk canopy draped with floral arrangements), and flowers for the ceremonial aisle. Our guests, many from New York and the West Coast, went out of their to comment on the beauty of the flowers. Pat Lopez is to be commended not only for her magnificent artistry, but also for the personalized attention she gave to my daughter's needs and wishes, and for her continued good-natured attitude throughout the wedding preparation process.

I will recommend Pat Lopez to any of my colleagues and friends who may need beautiful flowers at a wedding or a special event. You are most fortunate to have working in your store.

Hi Pat!!
